All the assembly lines are fully equipped with necessary tools, torque wrenches, jigs, fixtures, drilling machines and other necessary infrastructures. Its multipurpose machine for busbar cutting, punching and bending is of latest technology, to achieve the proper accuracy of the finished product. Ascon is using tinned copper busbar for increased conductivity and corrosion protection. Each and every activity at every stage is verified by the Quality Inspector before releasing for next operation.
